Refund & Return Policy

At Fixit Flooring, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and returns are accepted.

Product Returns

  • Flooring products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Custom-cut, special order, or made-to-measure flooring products are non-refundable.

  • Returned products must be in resalable condition.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued if:

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery

  • The product is returned in accordance with this policy

Non-Refundable Items

  • Installed flooring

  • Custom flooring orders

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after inspection of returned items. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Installation Service Refunds

  • Installation service fees are non-refundable once the service has been completed.

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled installation may be eligible for partial refunds.
